Childers and Labor Unions

I am glad to see Travis Childers has told the Daily Journal he plans to vote against the Employee Free Choice Act. I will have more on that later. However, I came across an interesting flier sent out by a group of labor unions where they express there support for Childers, and say he supports EFCA.
Either Childers lied to labor to get their support, or labor has been lying to rally their troops. I imagine we will find out more down the road.
