Everybody Needs a Good Lap Dog

Back with yet another installment of Travis Childers in the Animal World. I don’t know how many people caught Rep. John Boehner’s (R-OH) comments about the House Blue Dog Coalition. This is a group of democratic congressman that claim to be fiscally conservative and have been critical of the Obama Budget Plan. Anyway, Boehner referred to this group as being nothing more than “lap dogs” who would essentially sit on the laps of liberal democrats and get nothing accomplished in terms of political movement within the Democratic Party.
This was just too good of an opportunity to pass up since Mississippi is home to two of these blue dogs, Gene Taylor and Travis Childers. To his credit Gene Taylor has a record of going against his party’s liberal leaders, but Mr. Childers on the other hand has at times looked like the conservative that he campaigned as, but has also lost his way, so to speak, as well. We here have covered his missteps in the past and I’m sure Mr. Childers won’t let us down in the future.
On with the show, here we have Mr. Childers on a talk show with his best friend, Nancy Pelosi. He looks cute sitting there in the hands of his master ready and willing to obey her commands and do as he is told. Mr. Childers you are that lap dog that Rep. John Boehner told us all about and until you show us otherwise you will continue to be led around on a leash by the liberal leaders of your party.
Fetch Travis, Fetch. Good dog.
Gene Taylor needs to stop voting party lines. he voted for this omnibus budget, and for hr 1388!
Gene Taylor stop spending our money! and our grandchildrens’ money!
