Michael Barone, as usual, has some great analysis. He looks at the breakdown of this vote and here is what he found:
Of the 75 NO votes, 29 were from members of the Black Caucus and 7 belonged to the Hispanic Caucus. Of those 75 districts, their constituents supported Obama by a margin of 72-26 in 2008. Only 2 of the 75 members came from McCain districts (Alan Mollohan and Nick Joe Rahall of WV). By contrast, the districts of the 345 YES votes gave a slight edge to McCain (50-48) in 2008. Interesting stuff.
