McGlowan To Speak At National Tea Party Convention
Angela McGlowan, who is expected to announce her candidacy for Congress next week, is scheduled to speak at the National Tea Party Convention in Nashville. McGlowan has spent the past year making the rounds at Tea Party events in North Mississippi, but will take the big stage this weekend.
She will be speaking between 7 and 8 pm tomorrow night along with Joseph Farah, founder of World Net Daily (a conservative website).
Here is her bio from the convention’s website with no mention of her intent to run for Congress.
Since we are talking about the National Tea Party Convention, I have gone ahead and inserted a couple speeches McGlowan has given at previous Tea Party events recently:

I wonder if she will mention her desire to have everyone listy their guns on their income tax return? I can’t see the patriots cheering that.
Amber,
I do not know why you would say something like that. I mean she said it herself and you know that no politician can be held to what they say. She will soon find that the majority of conservatives believe that listing our guns is the ground work for government taking our guns. At that point she will tell everyone how we misunderstood what she said about law abiding citizens having to list there guns on there income tax. How this program would actually encourage those who have guns but do not file tax returns would now file tax returns in order to be in compliance with the new McGlawan Gun Law. Yeah that’s the ticket. That in turn would generate more tax revenue thereby lowering taxes for those of us who are already paying taxes. It’s its a genius idea! That is truly thinking outside the box to solve our economic problems. Nunelee and Ross better be on there toes for this one because she has been in Washington so long she even thinks like those in Washington. I say Shep Smith needs to come on and jump in too! He has a recognizable face and I pretty sure he is from Dist.1 who cares what he thinks on the issues he will win the seat and that seems to be all that matters anymore.
I’m so excited! MS is finally going to have a woman in Congress! They’ve never had one in House or Senate!
