Childers Goes Negative In Latest Ad

Travis Childers has plenty of money and he is not holding on to it. In his second ad, Childers again talks up his independence and conservative leanings while also attacking his Republican opponent Alan Nunnelee.

Wow!! surly that is a lie. Did Nunnlee sign a no new tax pedge and then raise taxes?
Last year he voted to raise the cigarette taxes to keep car tag costs from skyrocketing. It was budget neutral and only affected smokers but I am sure some opposed to Nunnelee will say he raised everyone’s taxes. Overall he has not voted for any tax increases that increase spending or increases the size of government. He is truly a fiscal conservative. But dont take my word for it (or others hostile to him on this blog). Check out his record in Jackson. Ask other conservative legislators about Alan’s fiscal record.
