Healthcare Lawsuit Response

Below is the response to the government’s motion to dismiss regarding a lawsuit against the healthcare legislation headed up by state Sen. Chris McDaniel and others (including Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant in an individual capacity). After the government files their rebuttal, I am told a ruling should be in the works.
