Wednesday Morning From Neshoba

PHILADELPHIA- Good morning from the Neshoba County Fair. Political speaking began at 8:30 this morning with transportation commissioner candidates starting at 9:20 and Stacey Pickering- the first statewide official- at 10.

After Pickering, Mike Chaney will speak at 10:10. They will be followed by outgoing Agriculture Commissioner Lester Spell. At 10:40, Billy Hewes will speak followed by Tate Reeves at 10:50. After lunch, Steve Simpson will speak followed by Jim Hood at 1:10. The candidates for commissioner of agriculture and insurance will begin speaking at 1:20. The three Republicans and one Democrat will speak in this order: Max Phillips, Joel Gill, Cindy Hyde-Smith, and Dannie Reed.
