Response To The Tea Party Straw Poll

We got a lot of reaction from the straw poll we posted yesterday showing Angela McGlowan with support from 70 percent of North Mississippians associated with the Tea Party.

As I said in the post, take these numbers with a grain of salt. I spoke with a Tea Party organizer in the First District who called this straw poll “a joke,” saying “we should just throw it out the window.” They said this was simply done in response to the April 24 straw poll and that the individual behind the poll recently stepped down and is no longer affiliated with any Tea Party in North Mississippi.

The responant above is incorrect. one of the individuals who assisted in the straw poll to whom the above reply refers to,although did step down from one TEA party involved position,is still quite involved in the movement, and is also a driving force in Ms. in USA
Militia and preparedness.above respondant can call it a joke or whatever term they choose.
I suggest they are unhappy the individual got involved in this Straw poll out of jealousy he dissed THEIR late April straw poll, that was originaly posted on the web as a TEA party VOTE to ENDORSE a candidate, and his public fight not to have a pre-primary “vote to endorse” forced these folks to change their poster to “straw poll”.
Bickering and petty jealousies will only hurt the conservative cause, and just because SOME may not be happy with poll results, they should take the results of a straw poll for what it is,the “at the moment” thoughts of electors, which can change daily.

The Starkville area is in Oktibbeha County, which is in District 3.

No one is allowed to know what database Grizz used to conduct his poll.

Perhaps the database came from the Starkville Tea Party that Grant Sowell organized?

once again, msfirstdistrict, who goes by the nom de plume “joe dirt” ,is wrong and knows nothing of straw poll,as she admits above, however still posts false info on where it wass taken from– once and for all,PART of straw poll was taken from “STARKVILLE AREA”, which includes Choctaw cty.–Ackerman, south Lowndes Cty. and other areas close to a familiar landmark reference,Starkville. joe dirt,a known confrontational activist will allow no one to know her real name–hhmmmmmmmm-an alinsky liberal tactic.–robt.barnes name is also a profile of Grizz,Jay from Corinth-a tea party involved person, and Ms.State Director of Regulators USA Militia, and Ms. Preparedness member.– made for the purpose of a backup profile because NING installed new spam filters on all their sites, and most all bloggers who post on several ning sites got their profiles disabled, and had to resort in making additional profiles to get back into ning sites to contact ning to correct their mistake.it is this type of misinformation posted above that is devisive to conservative cause, and brings personal issues into politics– it needs to cease.
