The Alan Nunnelee campaign released two ads over the weekend, including their closing remarks as we enter the final week of the campaign.
This second spot is about the national debt specifically focused on an issue we have seen multiple times from both campaigns: children and spending. Travis Childers has often talked about the good from the stimulus bills, specifically the second bill from this summer, as they relate to education spending. Nunnelee contrasts that by arguing that every child will owe $44,000 because of these bills. Didn’t know how direct Nunnelee would be with this issue, but obviously he is about as direct as you can be (and he does it just a week out from voting). The ad is below the fold.
