McCoy Making An Appearance In D.C.

Yesterday, a Republican aide on Capitol Hill informed that Billy McCoy was in and around the nation’s capitol visiting with some members. While I don’t know the certain nature of the visit, speculation would be to talk Congressional redistricting which will take place next year in the legislature. Of course, we may have different leadership in the House when that time comes. But McCoy is the man in charge right now.

This little nugget leads into coverage next week. First, I will be out of pocket and away from the blog. Borrowing something VERY significant, we won’t have any live updates throughout the week. We may have occasional notes on Twitter.

We will have a couple posts I plan on running next week looking at different scenarios and plans for Congressional redistricting. We have some maps (good, bad, and ugly) drawn up and will post those.

Excuse me, but if you are over the age of 18, you should stop calling yourself ; Billy, Danny, or Bobby – basically is time time to grow up and stop using the “y” in your name. I stopped people calling me, Danny when I entered 8th grade. I guess, Mr. McCoy and his good Ol’ boys network still think they are in 7th grade or stuck in the late 1950′s. Also, I was thinking, what is this “majorityinms” suppose to mean? Who’s the majority ? What do them mean “Whites” or Republican? Oh, snap! I’m sorry that’s the same thing, isn’t it? Well, like I said, they must really be stuck in the late 1950′s. Gentlemen, it’s time to change, it’s 2011 you know….and change that flag of yours too…
