Protests in Phoenix

The US presidential election turned into a dagger duel between outgoing Republican Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Joe Biden. The brief advantage that the latter takes advantage of does not presuppose the future of a nation that appears to be extremely divided. Protests rose across the country before, during, and after the usually crucial day of November 3rd. The following pictures testify to this tension and this deep separation.

Here, pro-Donald Trump protesters gather outside the Maricopa County’s electoral center in Phoenix, Arizona. Donald Trump’s attacks on postal voting in his November 3 evening speech and the scams he denounced have fueled tensions.
