Bill Luckett: The Democrats Hope for 2011?
Earlier this year, Sid Salter wrote a biography-type piece on attorney, entrepreneur, and vocal Obama supporter Bill Luckett as he began to seriously consider a run for governor in 2011 as a Democrat.
Yesterday Natalie Chandler spoke with him Luckett as he stopped by the Clarion-Ledger offices. She still calls him a “potential” candidate, but said that he is hiring a campaign staff.
I have no idea if the general voting population will like him or not, don’t know much about his position on the issues; but he sure would have an obvious name ID disadvantage matched against whoever wins the Republican battle for the GOP nomination for governor.
I would like to schedule an appt, with you to discuss your run for governor and Charter Schools–i.e. KIPP Schools.
Thank you,
Mike turner
